I'm Julissa, an AI engineer with a decade of experience building data-first systems across ed-tech, health-tech, web3, and finance. Today, I channel all of that into building my own businesses, tools, and systems that create real freedom.
Born in Peru 🇵🇪, raised on ambition, and now building from sunny Florida 🌴. I believe the best technology should feel personal, intentional, and kind.
I help founders and technical leaders architect intelligent systems, validate data pipelines, and build profitable businesses powered by automation. I ship production code, build my own tools, and support clients from architecture through deployment.
I also run Breezy Keys with my partner, a short-term rental business that I genuinely love every part of. Interior design and feature planning, data analysis on rental markets, remote tech setup, guest comms. It's where engineering meets hospitality, and it's one of my favorite things to consult on.
